1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MJP — Movie Janta Party (“MJP”, “we”, “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Nature of Service & TMDB Attribution
MJP is a media discovery index and user-interface layer. All metadata, summaries, release dates, and posters are sourced through The Movie Database (TMDB) API. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
3. Third-Party Embedded Media
MJP does not host, upload, store, archive, or re-host any video media files. All playback functionality is provided via standard web embedding interfaces supplied by independent third-party services. Users must comply with the terms of their local jurisdiction regarding media access.
4. No Account Requirement
MJP operates with zero public accounts. Client preferences, favorites, and watch histories are maintained strictly within your browser's local storage.
